RETURNS
​Thank you for shopping at Oystercatcher. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

SHIPPING
In-stock orders are normally shipped within two business days after receipt via UPS unless otherwise noted. Orders shipped to AK or HI are subject to additional shipping costs. Please write for shipping upgrades (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) or for shipping costs outside the U.S.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Oystercatcher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Oystercatcher reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Oystercatcher shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

SECURITY
We NEVER sell or give your information to any other business – it is kept confidential. Sensitive payment information, like credit card numbers, is encrypted both in transit and on the Web server. We use standard SSL encryption for transmission, and a built-in encryption engine to generate secure order logs.
